Uttar Pradesh State Open School Board

The Government of Uttar Pradesh established the Uttar Pradesh State Open School Board (UPSOSB) to replace Patrachar Shiksha Sansthan, Allahabad. It is designed to offer flexible secondary and senior secondary education programs.

Eligibility Criteria

Secondary (10th): Must complete 14 years of age.
Senior Secondary (12th): Must hold a Class X secondary certificate from a recognized board.
Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Ration Card copy.
Date of Birth Proof: Passport, transfer certificate, or school leaving certificate.
UP Domicile: Required for students applying under local categories.
Social Category: Caste certificate copy (SC/ST/OBC) if applicable.
